Six years delivering complex digital products at Pivotal Labs
Pivotal Labs helped organisations replace slow, ineffective ways of working with software designed around the people who actually used it. I spent six years leading that work across more than 20 projects in finance, energy, defence and healthcare — including serving as Programme Manager on the NHS COVID-19 app.
Hands-on expertise in AI and automation
I personally design and build every Upside automation, using the right combination of managed platforms, AI-native tools and custom code for the job. My work ranges from AI document processing and compliance workflows to complete marketplaces and payment platforms handling thousands of users and thousands of transactions.
I regularly work with platforms including Bubble, n8n and Flowise, using them where they provide the strongest combination of speed, reliability and maintainability. Each solution is built around the real process, with the testing, access controls, monitoring and safeguards needed for it to work reliably in production.
